<p>When they say to submit by the 30th, does that mean get it in during the 29th, or is the deadline midnight on the 30th?</p>
<p>midnight of the 30th. But don’t wait b/c many server overloads can happen. But not all is lost. It’s not as if the STOP accepting apps and fees after 12:00:01 and everything gets shunted into a “ignore this idiot” file. Just get it in.</p>
<p>Aiming for the last day is simply a very very poor plan to begin with.</p>
<p>Midnight on the 30th, but some also want it at times like 5 pm, and sometimes it depends on the timezone, so be careful and make sure to check!</p>
