I need help selecting course for senior year. I want to do something in science in college.
I am currently planning on:
ApStats
ApEs
AlChem
Civics and economics
Physics
expository writing.

Do u think I will suffer from taking 3 sciences? And is it rigorous enough?

You def won’t suffer for taking 3 sciences, I actually think colleges will appreciate the focus and interest you show by taking those courses. I myself decided on taking 3 sciences my senior year - AP Bio, AP Chem, and AP Physics B - and have definitely not regretted it. At my school, AP Bio and AP Chem are both 2 class periods long, so actually 5 out of 7 of my class periods are just in science. I’ve definitely been liking the science-heavy course load, and you prob will enjoy it as well.

I would recommend challenging yourself as much as possible, so if taking 3 AP classes your senior year is pretty rigorous for your school and for yourself, then go for it. But if it’s possible to increase the rigor of your courseload, then I recommend doing so. Would your GC check the box that states your course selection is “most demanding”?

If possible, I’d consider Honors Physics or maybe even AP Physics B. I guess you aren’t in physics this year - what science courses have you previously taken or currently taking? It seems a little too ‘simple’ if you’re interested in the sciences to be taking a regs physics course your senior year when balanced with more challenging courses like AP chem. I’m guessing you did mean “ap” chem, right?.

Is expository writing something you want to take because you enjoy it, or is it some sort of way to get a 4th year english credit without taking AP English? And you may also want to consider some sort of AP gov/econ course instead of regs civics/econ if possible, but again it’s all up to you.

I took AP Env Sci last year and I’d heard plenty of rumors that it was the easiest AP science class, and it would also ensure a high grade. I can’t say that I got higher grades in APES than in any of my other science classes, but it really is a relatively easier course. But I personally found it to be the least interesting, and honestly it tends to be the least applicable in most science pursuits in college. I’d recommend AP Bio over AP Env Sci, but it’s your choice and you may actually find APES to be enjoyable/interesting. Good luck
