Help me with CSU app question please!

<p>So on one of the pages of the app, it gives an option to fill out your parents' income and when my dad told me our income and i added it, it kept saying that the income was not valid! I really want to fill it out!</p>

<p>Also, on the app, when you are filling out what classes u took, what if a class u take is only one semester? In 9th grade, we took geography for half a year and health for the other half, but there is no option for half year classes?</p>

<p>You probably entered something wrong…maybe it wants a number in thousands. For the classes section see if there is a way to indicate you are on quarters. </p>

<p>Also for any of these use the contact links they give you on the website. Most students are reluctant to call and ask for help. Dont be one.</p>
