wherever i go, i want to do a double major in Comparative Govt. and Political Science and minor in psychology. Then go on to a Law School.

Great chance. You can even go higher, your story would probably be well received by any school in the Country.

Thanks for that answer,
I also want to emphasize to the admissions people the fact that i had two jobs during sophomore year, plus I played JV basketball, was on the yearbook staff and a Step team member all while traveling the country for my play and that that was the reason why my grades for that year were below normal (3.35). I had my counselor mention my two jobs in her recommendation but how else do I go about explaining myself so that they have a complete picture of me?
I am so involved in my community and with my extracurricular activities and work that it has hurt my grades significantly. Isn't that a red flag for the admissions people to not accept me?
Also, what are some good safety schools that have strong Political Science and Journalism departments?
Any responses are much appreciated.
