Help! Need suggestions for realistic, yet quality college list!

I am currently a high school junior with a tentative list of schools I will apply to in the fall. However, I feel like I need schools that are more of a reach for me. Any suggestions would be super helpful. Also, I am from Pennsylvania and my family can probably pay around $40,000-45,000 a year. My high school is substantially rigorous and is nationally ranked. I would ideally like to stay on the east coast, however, I am open to going a little farther west.

Take a look at Richmond, Davidson, Bucknell, Lafayette. Boston College, Villanova would also be solid options.

If you can pay 40-45k, then apply to NYU. Best university ever, if you can afford it.

NYU is also over $60k.
