HELP! Need to find match schools!

Wow... I've been reading a lot of threads on CC and my resume looks pathetic.
Anyways~
I searched some colleges and I'm not sure if they're reach or match.

I'm going to apply to (in no particular order!):
Dartmouth
Wesleyan
Northwestern
Cornell
Wake Forest
Rice
Emory
Amherst

The dilemma I have is that I'm an international student so I can't have state schools as my safety schools...

A little bit about myself...

I lived in South Korea (8yrs), America (5yrs), and now I live in Thailand(5yrs).
I'm a senior at a small international school in Thailand. (I hope that writing a well-written essay on my global perspectives will compensate for my relatively low scores)

I hope to major in environmental science and minor in economics or business and attend a school in New England

GPA: 3.92 (hopefully I can get it over 3.96 by the end of the year)

Ranking: Top 10% of class

SAT I: 2080 (1st time), 2140 (2nd time), 2190 (superscore), retaking in November... pretty low scores for Dartmouth and Northwestern I know, but I think I can get over 2200 in November

SAT II: World History- 800, Math II- 740, going to take biology and chemistry this year

AP's: World History- 5, Calc AB- 5, Stats- 3 (worst class of my life), going to take biology and chemistry this year

TOEFL: 115/120

EC's:
Model United Nations for 3 years (I did the chair and secretary-general once each and won the best delegate award once)

Taught English and planed lessons at a high school for audibly impaired students during the summer in Korea (140 hrs)

Taught English at a local Thai elementary school (30 hrs)

Lecturer at my church for 2 years

JV Basketball for 2 years

Varsity Badminton for one year

Played flute in a school musical in freshman year

Flute club in my city (outside of school) for 2 years

I know my scores are low and my EC's are pretty pathetic... but do you guys think I have a shot at the schools that I listed? And do you guys have any other colleges to recommend?

Thanks guys for the replies!

Those are all reaches (Emory and WF a little less so, Dartmouth and Amherst a bit more so). You’re right to be looking for target schools.

Do you need aid? If so, that rules out most public universities.

Whether you need it or not, have a look at the following list of schools with good aid for internationals. Many of these are somewhat less selective than most of the schools on your list.

[Top 25 Financial Aid Colleges in US for International Students (Need-aware) - Desperate Guide: Undergraduate College Financial Aid, Scholarship](http://www.desperateguide.com/us/top-25-financial-aid-colleges-in-us-for-international-students-need-aware)

Check out Colby, Trinity College (Hartford), Bates, Colorado College, Reed, Skidmore, Dickinson, Union, Macalester. These are all liberal arts colleges (like Amherst & Wesleyan). Skidmore, Dickinson, and Union are a bit less selective than the others. Reed is hard to characterize (stats may not tell the whole story). The others are comparable in selectivity to WF.

If you want a slightly larger school, consider Brandeis or the University of Rochester.
