Help on improving SAT score?

Hey everyone, I’m just your ordinary high school junior who is distressed upon receiving her SAT scores. I took the October test, with my results being:
CR: 640
M: 770 (I ONLY GOT ONE WRONG :frowning: )
W: 590 (LMAOOO)
Essay: 8

With this breakdown and a 2000 composite, this is definitely limiting the potential colleges I can attend. I received a 34 ACT this past June, and I’m surprised by how differently I performed between the two tests. Anyways, I’m hoping to boost my SAT score before the test switching over, with my goals being:
CR: 760
M: 800
W: 740
Essay: 10

Anyone want to help me out with this? I’m taking the test again in January, so any advice at all would be amazing! For studying this past test, I used the famed SAT Blue Book and Direct Hits Volume 1. Thanks so much for any advice you give me!

You already have a 34 on the ACT. That is equivalent to a 2250 on the SAT (that is very good). Your goal for the SAT score is a 2300. In my opinion, you should either leave it as is or just practice more for the ACT and get a 35 or 36. I find it hard to switch between tests. This is only my opinion so you can take it or leave it.

boost plz?

Wait, why are you even messing with the SAT? You have an awesome ACT score. You should stop spending so much time on these standardized tests.
