Help on selecting University

I would really appreciate if anyone suggest me on selecting one decent from the following universities based on program they offer:

  1. Minnesota state University Mankato (MS Information Technology)
  2. University of Central Missouri (Ms computer science)
  3. University of Illinois Springfield (Ms computer science)
  4. Towson University (Ms computer science)
  5. University of Houston Clear Lake (Ms Computer Science)

I have got admit from all these universities for respective programs mentioned. But I had to cut out towson University and University of Houston Clear Lake as these are expensive. Now, I want to select one from remaining 3 universities I.e. UCM, MNSU, UIS. Please suggest which one would be better. Also, it would be nice if you could tell me if I should opt for MS Information Technology program at MNSU or MS Computer Science program at UCM, UIS.
Thank you.

The choice between CS and IT depends on your career goals. If you want to do software development, the a CS degree is best. If you want to be an IT specialist then the IT degree is better.

For the CS programs, i think that Central Missouri might be a slight be stronger.

Thank you so much for your suggestion.
Actually I was really confused between the two programs, and went for MNSU IT program and booked visa interview date using it. But I am more interested in computer science and I had tossed UCM because I couldn’t find much reviews about this University.
Now is it possible to change from MNSU to UCM? I haven’t paid the sevis fee yet.

You will have to get an I-20 from UCM if you do not yet have it. I annot say about the SEVIS fee as I am not involved in that part of graduate admissions.
