Hi
I'm an international studying Optical Systems Tech at Monroe Community College right now with a 2+2 with Rochester Instt of Tech.(Only 4 places in the US offer optics cources : MCC, RIT, U of Rochester and U of Arizona <tucson>)</tucson>

I've just done one semester here with a gpa of 3.4 (which could have been so much higher if i hadnt missed the english classes :p ). I have sufficient experience in working with photography and optics in general My SATs were not TOO bad : 1370.
I was thinking of transferring to U of Arizona because its cheaper than RIT. What are my chances there?

But heres the thing..i dont wanna do optics all my life. I wanna get this Associates degree over with and get into some music school where i can persue the mechanical aspect (of music): instrument makingn all; apart from other music cources.

Is that possible?

I might have to go on with optics if the music idea doesnt smoothen out.

I dont really know what to do because music isnt as promising career wise :(

Any replies are appretiated :p !
