Help Please?? concerning UC applications

<p>Hello :)
I have a problem and was wondering if any of you could help me out.
So, I turned in my UC application yesterday. But afterwards, I realized that I put in my SCHOOL ID for the CA SSID number rather than mt STATE ID. And I know my state ID (on my transcript) I told my counselor and she just told me to email them and tell them my situation. What should I put in the email. Is there a layout that I need to consider? I should probably write my name, the ID they gave me when i submitted my application... and then the situation... is that all? Sorry, i'm new to this and want to get it right .___.</p>

<p>Also, on the application, is there a place where you're supposed to write whether your PARENTS are us citizens or not? Because I know in the family data, there's a spot to put their legal state of residence... and in my personal information, a place to put the country of MY citizenship... but is there a place for parent's citizenship?? O____O</p>

<p>On my transcript from my high school, it had my ID number preceded by four 0's, a total of 10 numbers. Since I had no clue what the CA SSID was, I assumed that was it. I submitted that with the application. If it's not right... oh well x.x</p>
