<p>so i just found out i have a 2.98 gpa which i'm freaking out about because i want to attend northwestern.</p>
<p>would it be remotely possible to raise it to a 3.5 or .6 by the time i apply? (i'm a junior and i plan on applying early)</p>
<p>if i wouldn't be able to do this...how high d oyou expect i'd be able to raise it?</p>

p.s.s.- the reason i have no aps because my school only offers like 3: us history, english IV, and calc. oh and languages but i'm not able to do that since i won't have enough credits.</p>
<p>I would take those three AP classes if I were you. </p>
<p>Northwestern is among the elite schools in America, right up there with Stanford, NYU, Uchicago, WUSTl, etc. They expect you to be taking an extremely rigorous courseload. Take all the APs and honors you can.</p>
<p>well i can't take the ap history and english because i'm taking IB english and history...they're the same level of difficulty and rigor. i think i might be able to take IB Math I next year as well</p>
<p>would it help if i took an online AP course? I can talk to my guidance office about that...</p>
