No.
no
Has anyone talked to you about potentially transferring some of your classes to a US college?

You need to pick a US college you might want to attend, and call their international students office, and talk to them about your situation. If your classes are recent, you might be able to transfer some and complete your US degree earlier.
No. It’s not worth it trying to get around this fact.
What do you mean by “not accedited in the US”? Have you had your records formally evaluated by wes.org ?
If you have not done that yet, do so. It is the first step. The evaluation will let you know what your degree and courses are equivalent to.
If WES has evaluated your records and has informed you that your degree is not equivalent to a US degree, and that none of your courses are equivalent to courses here, then it might be possible to apply as a freshman. However, you will need to contact each US college and university that you are interested in, have WES send them a copy of that report, and ask the admissions offices what your options are. Even if you are admitted as a freshman, you will most likely be considered to be a second bachelor student, and you won’t be eligible for financial aid.
It might be better to just look at graduate programs in the US and elsewhwere. Admission to grad school is much more dependent on who your professors in Albania know.
