<p>Sooo I am going to be a Junior this upcoming school year and I was wondering when should I start to really look into my major and thinking about what I want to major in? I am not really sure what I want to do exactly and where I want to go to college just yet. </p>

<p>You could start now or later.</p>
<p>Unless you plan on doing something like engineering or nursing where you often have to apply when you apply to college you don’t have to decide. Many of my friends (and myself) have had an intended major since sophomore/junior year, many others have no idea, both is okay!</p>
<p>You should always be looking and seeing what sparks an interest and inspires you</p>
<p>Start thinking now, the sooner you start thinking about it the more time you’ll have to prepare. If I had known I wanted to be a computer science major in high school I would have spent my free time programming and I would have been in a much better position today. Also if you have a well-formed idea of your future plans, you may be able to discuss them on your college essay.</p>
