Help! rushing SAT scores!

I've been pretty sure that I sent the scores to colleges
but the college said they haven't recieved the scores yet..

I saw under the processing date on the CB website, there are some dates
(when i was registering for the SAT many months ago,
I put the score recepeints)
does that mean the scores are already sent?
or do i actually need to send the scores again?

And another question,
Columbia doesn't have a deadline for the SAT score submission?

Columbia also does not accept rush scores.

From their website:

You must register with the appropriate testing agency well in advance of the date on which you wish to be tested. You should be aware that scores on tests taken after December may not reach the Admissions Office in time for consideration. You must register with the appropriate testing agency (either the Educational Testing Service-ETS or the American College Testing Program-ACT) well in advance of the date on which you wish to be tested. You should be aware that scores on tests taken after December may not reach the Admissions Office in time for consideration.

You must be sure to request that your scores be reported directly to Columbia every time you take a standardized test. The appropriate ETS codes are 2116 for Columbia College and 2111 for SEAS; the ACT codes are 2717 for Columbia College and 2719 for SEAS. Please note that scores reported to Columbia’s School of General Studies (2095) will not reach our office and will not be considered for evaluation.

Columbia reserves the right not to evaluate a candidate whose scores are not reported directly by the testing agency. **Please do not utilize the “rush” service in sending your test scores to Columbia. Doing so does not speed up the processing of your test scores. We obtain all testing via a secure Web site to which we are provided access by the appropriate testing agency. Scores which are sent via the “rush” service are sent to us in paper form, which we are no longer able to process. **

Rushing scores has never been a good idea because they are sent by paper and go to the college's mailroom where they have to be opened, filed, and entered into your app. Scores normally arrive via a regularly scheduled electronic transfer. The "rushed" scores typically take longer to process.

I know it is getting towards the end of January, but in my opinion it still isn't time to worry too much. There are a lot of posts on CC about the colleges not indicating that they have received everything. I think the adcoms are still just digging out of the mailroom. You could contact the college. If you do, the person on the phone will just just tell you that they haven't been received/processed yet, but you might ask whether that is normal or not at this point in time.
