I'm so stupid!
I knew SLR was something about your parents so I STUPIDLY assumed it was the Parent Contact Form AND I somehow got it confused with the SIR!
I sent in my SLR (am a california res) to Berkeley an hour ago (so June 2nd @ 1pm) and emailed them explaining the above...
Does anyone know if they will still let me pay instate tuition + will my registration & housing be blocked!?
I'm freaking out right now but this is what I get for being so incredibly careless!!!!

Thanks!

Did your SIR go through before that, or did you just submit it now?

^ Yes I successfully SIRed yesterday.

You got a confirmation and everything? If so, I don’t think there are any consequences for sending in the SLR late. Call and ask them on Monday. And ask them if you’re SIR went through just to be sure.

Yes I believe I received 2 email confirmations about my SIR.
I read somewhere that late SLRs result in paying out of state tuition + blocked registration! Even if you’re a CA resident. I’m hoping they’ll be nice and lenient (but it’s CAL so I’m not sure) and just let me through sighs

Interesting. I don’t much about SLR deadlines and stuff, so I’m not really sure what will happen. Remember to call them on Monday though.

^ aww ok thanks!

Does anyone else have any idea??

Thanks

Just call the school about it.

My guess is that you’ll be just fine.

This isn’t a community college, it doesn’t take 3 months to process paper work so you’ll probably be ok

CAL’s Registrar Office emailed a few days ago and they were really nice about it. They said I won’t be penalized for being only a day late.

& thanks everyone!
