I am heading into almost 2 months at CSU East Bay & still haven’t recieved my financial aid money. Everything is turned in & I have been talking with someone almost everyday & every time it is something new. Now im being told i have to wait til the end of the quarter to get it. This does not sound right. Is there something I can do or someone I can contact? I cannot wait that long & it is really ridiculous at this point.
Are you being charged interest on overdue tuition/fee/room/board bills at CSUEB? If not, and the financial aid office just has the paperwork tangled up but has promised that the money will be applied where it is supposed to be applied when everything is untangled, then there isn’t a problem.
All you can do is continue to work your way up through the chain in the financial aid office. Have you spoken with the head of the office yet? Try that.
