HELP.. Submit Common App but it doesn't go and Can't send supplements

HELP. I send the app and pay the fee. get a confirmation that the fee was paid but don't get the green check. Also can't send supplements. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions

The green check mark issue is still in progress. You just need to check with the school later to make sure the application is sent. For the supplement, you may need to get a support ticket and e-mail CA. My D had the same problem. Eventually the supplement was received by the school 2 days later but there is still an error on the CommonApp.

How do you get a support ticket? Thanks

You have not submitted your application until you execute the electronic signature page and clicked the 4 boxes. There is a problem the payment system so it takes up to 48 hours for it to be credited to your account. Keep checking every 3 hours or so- you have to hit the submit button and go through the steps. Once payment is credited you will then go to the signature box which will allow you to submit the supplements. It is a problem they are working on. Look at the facebook page for the Common Application.

It wants me to put in the payment again but says I got a payment confirm. It did not ask me to sign though

You are experiencing the problem described so common app say it will be between 24 to 48 hours until payment is attributed to your account. Do not pay again. When your account is credited you will be directed to signature page. If it doesnt happen then send a ticket to help center.

Go to the support center on CommonApp to ask a question. That would generate a ticket. Or you can call them and give your email and CAID number on the voice mail box.

There are so many problems with CommonApp and they cannot even catch up with support tickets. We have contacted the schools directly and they let us send the supplement pdf preview file to them directly as they have received the application and payment already. I doubt CA can correct most of these issues (some even fatal) by the 10/15 or even 11/1 deadlines of many schools.
