<li><p>I’d cut Twin Cities (the school has rather low admissions statistics, ie it’s a super safety school) and georgetown (they have no funding for internationals)</p></li>
<li><p>stanford is a tough one, I’m not sure of their GPA requirments but its probably ridiculous. However you seem to have a lot of research experience so that gives you a chance.</p></li>
