Help with Common App letter of rec

<p>Hi guys, 4 quick Q's</p>

<p>1- I assigned my teacher a letter of rec in common app, it said assigned date x/x/x, but not started, however i checked today and it said started date x/x/x......does that mean my teacher COMPLETED the letter and send it back and it's done?? if not, is there is anyway I can check if my teacher completed my letter of rec?</p>

<p>2- I applied 15 colleges ( no joke ) through common app, and I assigned only one teacher ( my fav) to all of those 15 colleges, does he have to fill out 15 letters of rec?, or only once</p>

<p>4- can my teacher see the colleges that I applied to in common app, cause I lied to him abot the colleges that I applied to.</p>

<p>3- please don't mention "naviance", I don't know what it is, and I don't wanna know what it is</p>
