Help with NYU Summer Housing!!

Ok, so it looks like all the apartment-style housing options for summer interns staying at NYU are closed out. The only options left are Brittany Hall, Goddard Hall, and Hayden Hall. Brittany is not air-conditioned. Could you please just give me some feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of each dorm, and rank them. I would love to stay in a lively area thats convenient and easy to get around the city in. Brittany is alot cheaper, so am also wondering- is staying in a non-airconditioned dorm in the city for the summer really that bad?? Give me some feedback on Brittany especially! I need to give in the form ASAP. Thanks!

All I can stay is, living in a non-air conditioned dorm isn’t bad at all. Just buy a fan and you’ll be fine.
