<p>My payment status is not updated. How on earth do I get a hold of them to fix it? i paid it several days ago and I have a receipt, but I still have the darn little red arrow. Thanks
Next to payment, it does say that I submitted it.</p>
<p>As long as you've already submitted you're payment, and it says submitted, the color of the triangle doesn't matter. I would print off a receipt just in case.</p>
<p>I had a similar situation a couple of days ago. I called up the number listed in the Help section of common app. The representative said that they are backed up because of the Holidays. But as along as you received the confirmation email than you should be fine. It takes a couple of days to be processed my payment's green triangle came up only yesterday even though I submitted in on the 23.</p>
