HELP WITH SSAT TEST JAN.DATE!(also can you chance me for the boarding admissions)

I am really freaking out about the upper level SSAT test coming up. I am currently studying out of the Peterson's Master the SSAT/ISEE book. I still feel super uneasy because i cant even seem to score well on the practice exams. Can anyone can please give me tips/advice, especially kids who have a recently taken the test? I seem to primarily struggle with the Verbal and Mathematics sections. Also what good online guides or study books have been especially helpful to the past and future testers? I will be applying as an 11th grader to Havergal, Philips Exeter, and Emma Willard (maybe a few more but im still undecided). Currently I have a 4.0 GPA in all Pre-IB classes also AP World History. I am in several after school clubs including Rotary Interact club, Learn to Lead club, Debate, Teen Model UN, Wyman Teen Leadership Program, Key Club. I also volunteer regularly as a peer tutor and at the Dallas Holocaust Museum. My current grades at school are:

Sorry for all the grammatical errors! Thanks! :)

Your stats look fine. The SSAT is really an endurance test, so try your best not to freak out. I freaked out about it and scored awfully on it.
When you skip a question make sure you circle it so you know to come back. I didn’t do this and my answers were screwed up after (i realized after…)

This is just from my tutor: Write the connection down on paper after you have it

My D initially used Peterson’s but soon found out it wasn’t good. For example, some practice SSAT tests had four choices (like ISEE) when it should have five. We then quickly switched to Princeton Review and the official SSAT prep book. Both were good but we liked the latter better.

If you’re applying for 11th grade, make sure you nail math section. Math questions appear easy enough for many lower grade students, and as a 10th grade student, you’ll have to do really well to get a good percentile score. An alternative is to take SAT I instead of SSAT.
