Help with transferring as an upperclassman

I am looking to transfer schools as a senior. I was suppose to be graduating this May, but in October I had to take a medical withdrawal from my school. This current spring semester I am taking a couple of courses at a local 4 year university. I can go back to my school in the fall, but I think I want a fresh start. There is nothing holding me there as the majority of my friends will be graduating this May and the school was never my favorite place.

I'm looking for a school that takes transfers coming in with a lot of credits and only require 2-3 semesters or 3-5 quarters to be taken in residency. I have about 88 credits and some AP courses. I'm currently at a top 60 school and would like to at least remain in a top 100 school. My major is biology and I am currently minoring in psychology and anthropology. I'd like to be able to keep at least the bio and psyc part of that plan. My grades are not great, but not bad - my GPA is around a 3.4, but much of the lower grades coincide with the medical issues. I don't know if high school stuff will mean much as an upperclassman, but I had a 3.9 unweighted and around 1450 SAT verbal/math. Extracurricular and work experience are average to above average.

I posted this in the transfer student section as well, but since I am searching for colleges I thought this might be a good place as well.

At your point in college HS stats don’t mean anything. All schools I know of want at least two years from you before awarding a diploma. This is usually for two reasons: to not dilute the value of that diploma (like if you transferred from East Sasquatch College) and so they get their pound of flesh (money) from you. IMO You would be best served going back to your school and just finishing. If you have the $ to restart you can just go on for a Masters degree from somewhere else.
