so I live in california, and i have no idea how to turn in an SSR form to the school. Its not a common app, so i need to turn in a seperate SSR form.here is what the site says, "You are required to upload a PDF copy of your offficial secondary school record that shows completion of an accredited secondary school equivalent to that of a United States high school; include subjects taken and grades earned, including official final examinations taken at the end of the secondary school program, such as the G.C.E. “O” and “A” Level Examinations, school leaving certificates, and matriculation exams.". WHERE THE HELL DO I FIND THE SSR FORM. and can i turn it in online or is it easier to mail it in?

That sounds like a transcript, not an SSR. You get it from your school.

@guineagirl96 but it says Secondary School Record. doesnt that mean SSR?

@guineagirl96 hmm, im stupid. i think your right. it does sound like a transcript… not a secondary school REPORT.

You can always contact admissions to double check, but yes “record” vs report is what makes me think that too. Its an odd phrasing- you’re not stupid.

@guineagirl96 haha thanks, yeah i wonder why a school would do that. its very easy to confuse it with an SSR. they could have just said secondary transcript.
