I withdrew from UCI Winter 2012. I am currently at a CCC right now. My CCC GPA is 3.5 right now. My UCI GPA right now is 1.776 and I'm planning to go to UCI Summer session to boost my GPA. I want to transfer to UCR. How would I transfer? Will I have a chance to transfer? I don't know what to do :( Help please!

You could start by going to the UCR admission page and clicking on Transfer to see the rules. You could also go to the transfer center at your CCC and speak with a counselor.

when you fill out your transfer application, you need to put all class you have taken. i think your uc gpa stays forever. just visit transfer center and find it out or retake courses at uci.

Were you on probation or dismissed? If so, you need to get that status removed/reversed at UCI before you can be considered for intercampus transfer.

To transfer to UCR you need to have Junior standing by the Spring Quarter before you plan to transfer. You must also be in good standing at UCI. I believe a 1.776 GPA does not put you in good standing. Do the summer sessions thing to bring up your GPA. Specifically, re-take the class(es) you’ve failed if possible. If you are a first year and have brought your GPA up to something more respectable (like a 3.0 maybe) by the end of Fall quarter next year, you should be able to transfer. It might not go through though since UCR does not give priority to students transferring from another UC. You should make sure you finish your pre-reqs if possible.
