help?

So, I just submitted my application to Duke.
On Duke's supplement for the common app, it says that a "parent letter" can be submitted. However, the deadline is today.

Does this mean the admissions office has to receive the letter by today? Because I'm from NC and mail doesn't run on Sundays...
Or does it mean it has to be postmarked by today?

Obviously, I could have my mom email the letter, but I can't even find their email listed on their website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mail doesn’t not run on Sundays only in NC…

Postmarked by today. Anyway, send it tomorrow. I am sure they will accept it.

^agreed with NCBOY…apparently my parents can’t write good english, so there went my advantage at how others describe me. I know if I had given it to a friend, he/she would not know me too well to give any thoughtful comments (except that I’m precious :D). Anyways…
Love that humour theman44

The man, sorry if i came off as arrogant. I was just stating what I knew. I didn’t wanna say that the mail doesn’t run in the US on Sundays and then have someone correct me.

Polobear, thanks!

NCBoy, sorry. Hopefully they’ll be able to get the just of what your parents are trying to say. My mom is math person, so she too has problems writing. She even gets is/are confused. Lol.

Wait. I got who I was I replying to confused, haha. What I wrote for polobear is for NCboy, and what I wrote for NCBoy is for Polobear. Haha, sorry.

^Classic mixup.

lol I realized ^ haha. Well atleast your mom is only mixing w/ the is/are point. Mine kind of hesitate with the spelling part…even though they themselves taught me to be an excellent speller (I’m confused as to how this happened). Maaannnn…anyways I know I have like 0.02% at Duke anyways. But I can’t call myself a donkey if I atleast attempted to apply lol. Then I can recall at graduation time that “Um yea…I tried my best”.

^I’m so lame…making fun of my ownself…this is what CC does to ppl (or it’s just me)
