<p>I am trying to submit my Arts Supplement on Common App, but only thing I have incomplete is my letter of recommendation from my Arts instructor who know my works. Is there any way I can submit my teacher's name and email so that get a code to login a upload my Letter of Recommendation? PLEASE HELP.</p>
<p>The Art Supplement recommendation is separate from the School Forms system. The recommendation must be uploaded to your Art Supplement. If you cannot upload it, you must go back to your Future Plans page and select ‘Yes, but will submit via mail’ and send the Art Supplement by mail.</p>
