Help!

To any upperclassmen out there:

As the date for bookbagging approaches, I could really use some guidance for my fall schedule. For a little background, I'm planning on being an English major with some sort of a business topic certificate/minor. Being relatively young for my year and have never really been away from home, I have a lot to adjust to in college, so I'd like to avoid taking too strenuous of classes for my first semester.

Unfortunately I have the last registration window this time around, and it appears many classes, including the language I had intended to pursue, are already filling up even before freshman registration. I'm in FOCUS, so two of my classes are set, but I really have no idea how to tactfully fill those last two slots to both work towards fulfilling reqs and ensure my workload is not too demanding this semester (i.e. no Econ 51 please).

Any recommendations? Thanks so much!
