I recently check my portal and saw that I have been rejected (1 week without email). However, in the comment section, it mentioned that I didn’t meet the minimum GPA for “Out-of-Local” GPA. However, majority (if not all my units) comes from Orange Coast College. Did they make a mistake? Should I apply for appeal?

GPA: 2.94 at OCC, 2.87 with classes from another college
