Help?

Okay...can't decide whether to take Econ 1 or not next quarter. Any ups or downs? I'm debating between Math 31B and Econ 1 or Econ 2 and errr...after talking to the counselor it ended up something like this?

Winter 07 - math 31B
Spring 07 - Econ 1
Summer 07 - Econ 2?

Fall 07 - Econ 11
Winter 08 - Econ 101
Spring 08 - Econ 41

Would it really hurt me that much to not take Econ 2 during the summer and move everything down a quarter? She said I had to declare before 137 units so errr...

-lost-

Why not take Econ 1 or Econ 2 during the same quarter as Math 31B?

Because I have an aching feeling I'm not going to be able to manage it for some odd reason...>_>

Well it's more important that you take Econ 1 class first. I am assuming that you are a BizEcon. You need to see if the major is for you. You need to see if the subject still attracts you.

Take Econ 1 next quarter for sure and sign up for three other classes, one of those threes should be Math 31B and two other should be classes that you feel you would do comfortably in regardless. If you are able to manage the four classes then stick with it. If not drop Math 31B and take it during Spring with Econ 2 or take it during summer sessions.

Would the same teachers still be teaching math 31B spring quarter though? There's a specific teacher I want and I'm afraid he won't be teaching during that time.

By the way, is there a math requirement for the college of letters and sciences?

There's not really a math requirement, only this:
