hello everyone, im a high school sophomore with a current freshman year gpa of about a 2.4 but im trying harder this and have gotten a B average so far. i am in an extensive amount of extra curriculars, MED club (helping women in africa) freshman year, dance team this year, i work about 6 hours a week on weekends, and i dance ballet extensively outside of school 4-5 days a week. i have no community service yet and have not taken the psats or sats i only take 1 honors class but i am enrolled in concert choir and a world language, only 1 B.S. elective(fashion design). I am afraid that my interest in schools are all that are above my gpa range and would like to know what my chances of being accepted are (if any) if i continue good work, get good sats, essay, etc. i also feel if i had an interview these schools would be more opt to accept me, i am a very charismatic person. some schools i am interested in are College of Charleston, Fordham University at Lincoln Center, NYU, Occidental University, Pepperdine University, Northeastern University, University of Denver, University of Miami
I also live in the state of MA, i hear some out of state schools are harder to get into because you are out of state.
