Help.

last friday i checked the status of my application & apparently my scores never got sent in & i don't think i ever sent in that copy they give u to print out to attach your scores, either. 1. is it too late at this point? 2. how exactly am i supposed to attach the forms...i mean, how do i get a copy of my SAT/ACT scores?

I don’t know. It can’t hurt to FAX them in and hope for the best.

Print out Form 5 http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1011/Form5_2010.pdf</a> . Fill in your info. Photocopy your unofficial score report or print out your online scores. FAX form 5 and the unofficial copy to USC.

Office of Admission Fax Number:
(213) 821-0200.

Contact the testing agency and ask them if they sent the scores. It could be that they are already there and your status just hasn’t been updated.

Good luck!

If you want to send a copy of your scores electronically via the upload system then you can download some software that allows you to print to PDF. This gives you an Acrobat PDF copy of what you would see if you printed it. You’ve then got a digital copy that can be uploaded.

I believe the software is called PDF Creator. A quick google should bring up some results.
That’s what I did anyway and I found it much easier than printing, filling out the form and faxing.

how would i get my unofficial score report? & would my school fax it? idk if they do that. can’t i just mail it?

You should have received **your student score report **in the mail. FAX it. Your school may or may not have your test results, depending on whether you chose to release the scores to them. It is not your school’s responsibility to send an unofficial SAT/ACT score report to your colleges.

You seem to be having a hard time with this, so I will try again:

Do you know what your SAT and/or ACT scores are?

If yes, how do you know?

Go to the piece of paper or computer screen where you learned what your scores are. Make a copy of it or print it out. FAX it.

Have you verified that your official scores were sent?

Yes, you can “just” mail it. It is already late, so what difference will it make if it is even later.
