I submitted my application yesterday, and USC has received my official score report, transcript, recs, etc. However, that leaves the thing of printing out ACT score reports. How should I go about doing it? Where do I send it? Any detailed instructions? Thanks!

You can just print any page that shows your name and scores, then FAX it to admissions using Form 5 as a cover sheet.

Form 5: http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1011/Form5_2010.pdf
[USC Undergraduate Admission - Admission Counselor](http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/contact/index.html)

That said, if your document list says that they have already received your official reports, your unofficial report may not be needed. The unofficial report is most important for applicants to the scholarship deadline of December 1st - the selection process then is so condensed that you don’t want to take a chance your scores are not there on time. It is not as essential for the regular application deadline.

Good luck!

I’ll probably just fax them my ACT score report just to be sure, thank you for all your help!!
