Help

i live in CA and came to US about 5 years ago from korea
my mother got remarried so i have my greencard
as i got into the highschool i planned to go to good university
so i studied hard and got all a in 9th grade
this year i am 10th and today i got caught smoking a tobacco with my friends
and sent to the dean and yea got suspended for 3 days
i am really worried that it will be affecting my university acceptance
besides there was a police in the campus he also gave me a ticket to go to the court
which is really cruel punishment compare to 2 day suspension in middle school for smoking
so my questions are
1: will it really ruin my profile?
like college will choose all b student than me because i got suspended?

2:since i got suspended from school and ticket from the officer
does that count as two seperate records?

3:is there anyway to clear the record of suspension or the ticket?

4:i want to go to law school and become a prosecutor will this record of violation of the law
affect in any way?

thank you

it’ll probably affect you some way… in my opinion it should anyway… but whatever, i’m no expert

Relax - smoking a tobacco is not a big deal in admissions but may kill you someday if you don’t stop…

Just tell the truth and you will likely amuse more than concern the reader.

As for the ticket - I have never seen a question on any application that asked if you were even given a ticket…
