HEOP undocumented

<p>Can I apply to any HEOP even though I'm not greencard or citizen of United States. Im aware that I can't apply for FASFA, but is there any scholarship opportunity for undocumented? </p>

<p>There are, though not many. There have been discussions on CC before. Do some searching for “illegal” or “undocumented” " immigrants" and hopefully helpful information will come up. </p>

<p>Keep in mind that part of HEOP funding comes from NYS, and students must apply for FAFSA and TAP. SInce you are not eligible to submit a FAFSA, you are not eligible for HEOP as an undocumented student.</p>
