Essays:
1st prompt- How I prepared for my major (wrote about how I got interested in major, about lower division preparation along with educational prep that helped me prepare for my major, and talking about electives that helped me)
2nd prompt- What I’ve done for my school/community (wrote about student gov and food pantry we did)
3rd prompt- most significant challenge I’ve experienced (wrote about fatal car accident tha left me with PTSD and how it affected my academics. Actually true!)
4th prompt- What makes me stand apart from other UC applicants (this one was the most tricky, as I talked about determination, tried not to make it cliche as possible)
I got feedback from my counselors and UC mentors. They said my essays were quite strong, although a bit wordy here and there, but overall good.

Sorry if I sounded vague in some parts. Someone told me not to reveal identity on here because my school could track me down/find me?
