Hi! Chances to SBCC?

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and wanted to ask a few questions.

And sorry if the stuff I'm about to write are obvious and stupid. :P

I am currently a junior in high school, and researching some colleges I would like to attend after I graduate in 2012. I am really interested in Santa Barbara City College. However, I live in NY, and that would make me an out-of-state student. I also have two other friends who wish to apply too, hoping that we can both get into SBCC and live together, etc. My GPA is ... 2.1 or it may be lower, I am not sure. Don't really know how to calculate GPA. But here are our cumulative averages:

Me: 73%-78% (have not checked)
Friend 1: 73-76%
Friend 2: 78-80%

These are just estimates. So here are my questions:

What are the chances of all three of us getting into SBCC since we are out of state students?

Since SBCC is a community college, do they still check our GPA?

Is it possible for a community college to reject me/us?

When should I start applying? Is the summer good for applying?

Are there benefits for applying earlier? Do we get our acceptances etc. sooner?

Thank you! Also, paying OOS tuition is not the biggest issue at the moment, I just want to know if it is possible for all three of us to gain admission to this same college.

Thank you again for reading. :)

Need answers, please :(

bump

I just want to know if I have a chance here since I’m an out of state :(

bump. thank you.

anyone? :</p>

:? just a quick answer please.
