Hi, I'm new here. Please chance me? Northwestern, Georgetown, U of Illinois, more?

Hi. I finally registered on this site after browsing since Sophomore year.
I always like looking at this forum of what are my chances because they are really interesting and every person is unique. Well now onto me ..

I am currently a Junior, enrolled in one of the top Jesuit schools in the country.
I was born in the Philippines, but moved to the US.
I want to major in Business/Accounting then head off to law school preferably health care/corporate law.

High School - Extremely Competitive. One of the top schools in the US

GPA: 3.6 Unweighted.
Trend (All unweighted)
Freshman - 3.2 < -- Didn't care Freshman year. Was focused on other things.
Sophomore - 3.7
Junior - 3.9

ACT: 34 Composite (Took it once)

Class Rank: N/A School doesn't believe in class rank.

Classes: AP

AP Comparative Government - 5
APUSH - 5
French 4 AP - N/A
AP Biology - 5
AP Macro Economics - N/A
AP Stats - N/A

EC:

Student Congress (4 years) - President, went to nationals, placed as a finalist over thousands of kids. Won many awards in small to big tournaments. National recognition. Most likely will earn a scholarship for debating.

Band (4 years) - Highest band level in school. First chair percussionist.

Volunteered at my hospital (2 years) - Over 250+ Hours.

Total Community Service - 300 hours+.

Been in musicals since 5th grade. Had leads and solos in many of them. All well received and went downstate to perform. (Could get a performing arts scholarship, if I choose that path)

Wrestling - 2 years

Ethnic Club - 4 years Executive Board (Leader pretty much)

Service Project in Chile to build houses for the needy.

Essay wise - I do extremely well. I think I'm a good writer. Very creative, intuitive, and comedic.

Recommendations from teachers who have went to Boston College, Northwestern, U of I, and Georgetown. Alumni..

The only thing that brings me down is my GPA cause Freshman year killed me. But notice the extreme upwards trend. Will they take this into consideration?

Schools I'm interested in:

Georgetown
Northwestern
U of Illinois
U of Chicago
Boston College
Washington U - @ St. Louis
U of Michigan
Brown U

So will you take the time and please chance me?
I thank you all in advance, and I'm glad to be a part of this site.

Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I’m kind of stuck and I need to know where to go from here.

Okay pleaseeee?
Pretty please?
Would be a nice Christmas Present. Ehh?? Am I right?

I got into U of I , deferred at Chicago. Waiting for answer at WashU.

My stats looks the same as yours. Don’t know about other schools. No data to comment.

Let’s hope you get into WashU, U of C I have some connections, but good luck getting in. I won’t be applying for another 9 months or so.

Georgetown - reach
Northwestern - high match
U of Illinois - high match
U of Chicago - high match
Boston College - match
Washington U @ St. Louis - reach
U of Michigan - low reach/high match

Brown U

I don’t see how GT is a reach and UChicago is a high match. GT’s SAT range is low compared to UChicago/Northwestern and ranked as many as 10 spots lower sometime. I think they are about the same and if one wants to split hairs, I’d think UChicago is more reachy.

It took me a while to finally find some of the definitions of the reach, match etc.
Apparently it’s
IN - 100%
low match - 80%
match - 70
high match - 60%
low reach - 40%
reach - 20%
high reach - 10%

Let’s hope I do something miraculous to change all that. Maybe squeeze out a 35-36 on the ACT. Let’s gooo. Any more advice? What to do? What to change? Chances?
