High act, mediocre gpa!

I have a 3.3 uw gpa and received a 32 on my act. Although my gap doesn’t reflect my act scores, I have many community service hours and hobbies. Please let me know if I can get into any of the following colleges:
Lehigh
Uwisconsin
Uwashinton
Uflorida
Umiami
UVM
Villanova
UNC- chapel hill
Tulane
NYU
Cornell
Dartmouth
Thanks!

I’m white, live in nj, w gpa is 3.8 and I can afford all of those colleges

You have absolutely no chance at Cornell and Dartmouth. They are known to accept around 5 percent outside the top 10% of the class and no one outside the top 25%. Sorry to burst your bubble, but a 3.3 UW GPA would get your application thrown straight in the trash at those schools. I’m not telling this to you to disappoint you; I’m telling this to you so you can focus on your applications that actually will matter (to match schools).

^This. Also, admissions officers might take the fact that you have a good ACT but a lower GPA to mean that you’re just lazy. Not saying you are–that’s just what it looks like.

UNC-CH is a very difficult OOS choice. They regularly reject people with 35-36 ACTs and perfect GPAs (OOS only).

No in-state NJ safety option? All of those state schools are more expensive OOS.
