The AP Bio course at my school is very rigorous at my school, and i ended the year with a C as my final grade, but I got a 4 on the Bio exam, how will colleges view this when reading my application?
AP scores are not extremely important in admissions, but one of the reasons they do use them is to account for grade inflation and depression- like in your case. If this is also reflected in your class rank, the adcoms will realize that you’ve taken an unusually challenging class and will likely account for this when reviewing your application.
