High School Class of 2013

One more final and I’m free.

Never been happier for summer in my life.

Only one more thing school related this year and thats being a junior marshal at graduation Friday. After that, nothing until August

Been outta school for 2 weeks now. Life is gooooood.

4 more finals, 3 regents, an ACT, and then I’m free?

@twentythirteen: Me too! Got out exactly 2 weeks ago today.

Omg people still in school? Then again I do go back earlier.

last day tomorrow too!! then 5 finals and the ACT…i cannot wait until 300 at june 15th when im finally free!!

4 essays for the final for AP biology on Friday (did 100 MC today -.-), 30MC final for english on Friday(not too bad :D), 2 part final Monday and Tuesday for Trig, and a 100 MC physics final sometime this week or next week… -.-

Then 4 regents.

Woo-freakin-hoo…

Not to mention ACT is Saturday, AND that I have a research paper due next week…

-___________________-

thats rough^^ but i am literally freaking out for my precalc final since my teacher is the ap teacher and a college professor so she grades and makes tests nearly impossible and i cannot afford to slip for my last grades. as of right now only 4 students have over a 90 avg out of 40 kids and about 25 have averages in the 70s and lower…there’s something wrong with that, right?

Last ACT I’m planning on taking! Except I feel guilty cuz I went crazy ACT book shopping on Amazon last summer (I’m Indian and everything was so cheap so… Yeah :P) and I still have a couple that are unfinished  Guess I’ll give them to someone else to procrastinate on. Lol.

I wish I could say this is my last ACT, but I have no time to prep… Right now, doing well on finals is more important than doing well on the ACT; I can retake the ACT in September, but I can’t retake finals…

sxddwrefw I can do this

@Lesley: You can do it!

I’m hoping that this is my last ACT. ^o^ If I can get a 33, I’ll be happy and done! :)

I’m still stuck in the high 20’s for reading and science, so I’ll probably be retaking unless I pull some miracle…

EDIT: @rayna3 Lol just saw that you replied to me ^.^ lmao thanks; right now I’m working on that dreaded research paper… xdsfwef I’m sorry, but a week and a half just isn’t enough time )=

That feel when done with all Saturday morning standardized tests.

Feels good man.

@Lesley: haha no problem! ech research paper. I don’t like those at all. good luck with it! what’s it about?

Done with standardized testing (even though they didn’t go great, I’m happy they’re over).

I still have ten days left of school…

For the couple of you applying SCEA to Harvard: do you think there’s any disadvantage to applying SCEA? (more competitive applicant pool, etc) It’s just going to be stressful because almost everyone gets deferred unless you a) have cured cancer b) are completely unqualified.

Honestly, I don’t think there’s much of an advantage to SCEA. I think you’ll most likely get the same decision regardless, but yeah you’ll probably be deferred. I think it’s smarter to apply EA to Chicago, Georgetown, MIT, etc. so that you get a bunch of decisions in December. I am applying SCEA because I’m a legacy (and cause it’s my absolute first choice for many reasons), so it makes sense for me. If I wasn’t a legacy, I would apply Georgetown, Chicago, MIT, U Miami, and BC EA.

I need to do at least two more practice ACTs before Saturday, but finals. :/

^ Exact reason why I’m waiting until the September test. I have the whole summer to practice.

I’d like to see how I do, because I’ve been scoring well on practice tests. Then if I need to retake it I’ll have the summer to prepare.
