<p>I feel so fortunate to have a job, lol. Its so hard for high schoolers right now</p>
<p>Well…I have two places that will let me work at both places but I don’t enjoy being there so…</p>
<p>I’m not “leaving home” for college. Those going off to the Ivy League and top colleges are a bit condescending, but I’m saving a lot of money, no room/board/college life issues/ roommates / bad food, cheaper tuition, easier competition, and they actually generously accept most of my AP credits finishing over 70% of my GE–unlike what I hear at Berkeley.
I’ll apply to those colleges just for the acceptance bragging rights :D</p>

<p>I’m so excited to finally apply to college and leave this town. I really do not like it here at all. But, I’m gonna miss my family. It’s just my dad, brother, dog, and I in my house and I really don’t know how they’re going to survive. Even when I’m gone for one night they don’t know what to do with themselves. Oh well, not my problem.</p>
<p>I also feel prepared for the “real world” of college, where parents aren’t nagging, etc. My dad doesn’t even know how I do in school, other than that I do really well. I don’t think he’s seen a single report card. He doesn’t care if I do my homework or not because he knows I will. I guess it comes with the territory. I’m just really excited to not have to deal with my brother’s disgusting smelling room and feet anymore. One. More. Year.</p>

<p>Being in a small town is not a lot of fun. The most exciting activity I have access to is going on the cc forums.</p>

Are you guys going to take any AP exams for next year?</p>
<p>Next for AP tests I’ll have Chem, BC, Macro, Micro, and stat, but I’m not going to stress over them, because by then I’ll know what I can get credit for, and what I can’t.</p>
<p>I’m taking Calc AB, Bio, and Comp Gov.</p>
<p>I’m gonna take BC, Lit, US Gov, Micro, Physics, and maybe Macro or Psych. Not sure whether I want to do independent study yet.</p>
<p>Who here will be riding the Bus to school until their college decision next April? I know I probably will.</p>
