<p>Your orientation involves going to the classes?</p>
<p>Yeah, for the first hour or so the principal and deans just talked to us about the rules and discipline and everything and then we went to our classes for half-hour periods.</p>
<p>Is anyone else as nervous as I am about starting HS?</p>
<p>On Thursday, all the rising freshman have a semi-orientation. We go over rules, how to handle homework, and a bunch of other stuff, but we only get our schedules next week.</p>
<p>@bksvet don’t be nervous! It’ll be fun. It’s what we’ve all been waiting for (at least one would think so since we’re all on here).</p>
<p>I’m excited for the first day of school!! At the same time, I hope I won’t get lost when I’m going to my classes.</p>

<p>We had orientation last week, and I start school tomorrow! We have about 150 in our class. I think we had almost 200 kids in eighth grade but many of them are going to private schools.</p>
<p>@bksvet310: We have an orientation tomorrow, so we’re probably going to get a tour, but I don’t think that will be enough for me to not get lost on the first day of school.</p>
<p>Ugh. Honors Algebra 1 is the worst. I hardly understand any of it and asked to drop to the regular class but my teacher is really nice and said she’ll work on it with me. Ahh, I really hope I can do it.</p>

<p>No, i get out at 3:15. But my mom had to make a few stops.</p>
<p>In other news, I have a Academic Team tryout meeting, and Debate Team Meeting tomorrow</p>
<p>Ooh, fun! Tomorrow’s club fair at my school and I’m gonna sign up for debate.</p>
