high school- college- usc,University of Michigan

Long story short, freshman and sophomore years i got mostly Bs because i was focused on basketball, but now my junior year is happening and i'm completely focused on school and get into a good college and doing whatever it takes. I've taken all honors classes and APs and just took the SAT, and will take it again, and possibly the ACT. I live in california and come from a decently wealthy family with a brother at NYU. Here's the lay-down: Freshman year i took all honors classes and finished with a 3.2 and sophomore year i also took all honors and finished with a 3.2. Junior year, when i decided to try my hardest with grades and such for college: 1st/2nd semester:
AP Eng Lang A, A
AP Environmental Science A, A
AP U.S History A, A
Pre Calc Honors A, A
I still play varsity basketball as well. Over the summer i will also be taking classes at a local city college that look good and count for college credit. I have already taken Art history and got a B. I will also take online AP spanish, Introduction to business, and possibly Poly Sci and hope to get As in these as well.
Extra Curriculars: Im in the school green club which includes beach clean ups and such. Ive been in a non profit organization since it started before i was in High School and am now a leader as of last year and this year as well as next year. The organization helps less fortunate kids get sports equipment they cannot afford. We speak at schools, collect used equipment, cooperate with companies like Sports Authority and Big 5 for business. This organization gets a lot of publicity in the area as well. I will have played basketball all 4 years which is everyday.I have also been a counselor for a community basketball camps for kids that happened once a week for 2 months and 1 week straight during the summer. This summer, i will be taking a 1 month USC Business class that looks very good and is also quite expensive. Im apart of the National Honors Society since it was available to me. Test Scores: I plan on getting a 2000+ SAT score and if i try the act, a 32 +-. Senior Year: AP Eng Lit, AP Econ/gov, AP calc, AP physics, and possibly another AP if needed. My question is with my so-so freshman and sophomore years, will i be able to be accepted into my top choices like USC, Umich, SMU, NYU, UT, Ucla(unlikely)? I;ve worked extremely hard to get all As and take as many Aps and challenging courses as a possibly can throughout my education, i've worked hard for test scores, and i have leadership and participation in extra curriculars, and will participate in a selective USC business class. I plan on good recommendation letters as well as solid essays. If i continue this path for all As, test scores, classes, etc, do i have a shot at those schools? (USC and Umich are top 2). Im constantly stressing about it and all i need is a shot and i think i could possibly get the acceptance letter around a year from now. What do you guys think?
