high school courses for Math I?

Math I is required and from the CB it looks like I can take it now rather than waiting until my senior year next year. I've taken all honors Alg I & II, Geom, Stat, and am now taking Pre-Calc. Did I do right by signing up for it in May before taking Calc AP next year?

I would actually recommend math 2. Math 1 is the more basic test and covers up through Algebra II, Math 2 is more advanced but only covers through precalc. Calculus is not involved in either exam so by the end of the year you will be ready for math 2.

The reason I would recommend math 2 is because it isn't terribly difficult compared to math 1 and the curve is better (6 wrong is an 800 usually) so if you know the material which you will by May you should take math 2.

Math 1 is required. Math 2 isn't.

So, I'm good, right?

Yes you're fine.

you're more than prepared for math I. take math II. the curve is alot easier.

im a dolt at math and i by some miracle got a 770

If you're studying Pre Calc, and you're excelling, take Math II.

Otherwise, for Math I, you need a strong foundation in Algebra II and Geometry.

Ok, thanks.
