High school does not have transcript sending service?

Hi everyone. I'm in a big trouble...

I went to 4 high schools from 9-12 grade, and 2 of them are not United States High School. They're Taiwan schools. Now I got admitted to and I've accepted the offer of UIUC EE, while UIUC requires OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS from ALL the schools I've attended in 9-12 grade. 11 and 12 grade won't be a problem because they're US high school and they send transcript out directly, but the problem is my two Taiwan schools. I've contacted them about sending transcripts for me, but they said they'll never do that because in Taiwan, universities only request COPIED OF TRANSCRIPTS high schools give to student; also my high school has very few students who transfer out to United States and studies in United States. They said they can only stamp my transcripts and seal the envelopes; I MUST SEND ON MY OWN. What should I do? Will that be considered unofficial?

By the way, they didn't require verification. It's so urgent because now it's only 3 days before the deadline to accept schools that don't require my Taiwan transcripts.

Bump… I really need some answers :(

Pick up the phone. Call the colleges. Ask what to do. They might accept things sent through your US high school if your US high school has also put those credits on its transcript. If not, the international admissions officer can tell you what applicants from Taiwan do.

Your old HS can put a photocopy of your transcript in an envelope, seal it shut, and mail it to the university. That will probably be good enough.

Both the principals and the department deans in my Taiwan high schools have signed on the transcripts, and they’ll stamp on transcripts and envelopes (seal stamp). But the problem is they want me to send by myself…
