High School Foreign Language

so before i moved to my current school i had taken Latin I+II and was about to take AP. However, my current school doesn't offer it. So now I'm in French II without ever having taken French (don't ask haha). Right now I have a B but i can/will definitely bring it up to an A (knock wood).

Do you think colleges (Northwestern, NYU, BU, USC, UNC, etc) will consider this when viewing my transcript??

Also, I want to get more AP/IB classes in my schedule next year and I have room for two, excluding my IB Eng/Hist. do you suggest I take two AP classes online through the school(i.e- Government, Euro History, etc) or take French III Honors or even Latin III Honors (online)? Which do you think the colleges listed above will like more?

bump 10char

i could realllllllly use some help here...

I wouldn't worry too much about the transition from Latin to French if you can get an A. College Admissions counselors are very familiar with the high schools from the applications they review. If you want to add some more AP cred to your sash, you can always self-study for an easier AP. I have a friend who couldn't fit macroeconomics into his schedule so he self-studied (aka bought a review book) for the Psychology AP and got a 5. It just takes diligence. Also, I personally feel that kids who take stuff online think they're really tight.

what do you mean by you thinkthey're really tight? like...good?

thanks for the advice, btw

Yeah tight means dank... or sweet... or cool.
