Does anyone know how Rice calculates/recalculates the weighted/unweighted GPA from a high school?

For example, my school uses the unweighted system of A=4, B=3,C=2, D=1, F=0. Honors classes have .5 extra points, AP, AICE, and Dual Enrollment carry a 1.0 additional weight. By that, an Honors A=4.5, and an AP A=5.

I'd heard Rice considers dual enrollment at a local college (not major university) to be an Honors course, but that is it so far.

Thanks!
