<p>If the deadline for notification was yesterday I feel like I should have received <em>something</em> by now (other than an “application received” e-mail), be it a rejection or wait-list.</p>
<p>If I’m not going I’d like to buy an airline ticket for another program before the flight I’d like disappears, but I’m hesitant to contact them because the program announcement says we’ll receive decisions by May 10th. And I don’t want to be That Person who bothers them while they are busy notifying/evaluating or doing something else.</p>
