High school junior needs HELP!

I'm a high school junior and I want to major in Civil Engineering at Virignia Tech, VMI, or Norwich! However, I have some questions for you CE's about my path over the next year.

Courses- For my senior year, I'm enrolled in Pre-Calculus for math, as well as Earth/Space Science for my science credit. I want to specialize in Geotechnical Engineering, so should I take Earth Science or Physics?

STEM Scholarship- Most STEM scholarships require previous STEM projects. I've never participated in any! My school has a Robotics Club, so I will definitely join that. Are there any other STEM related activities or internships a Junior can get involved in?

Any advice is appreciated!

You should definitely take physics because will have expected you to have taken bio/chem/physics, as for the stem scholarships IDK

I meant to put colleges after because

If you have not had a physics course yet in high school, take physics. College physics courses may specify high school physics as a prerequisite.

Pay good attention in math. You will be expected to be ready to take calculus as a first semester college freshman.
